HSE Manager (Health, Safety, and Environment)
Responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the construction and operation of wind farms. They develop and implement safety protocols, conduct risk assessments, and provide training to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel. Additionally, they monitor environmental impact and ensure adherence to sustainability and regulatory standards. Their role is critical in minimizing risks, promoting safety culture, and maintaining environmental stewardship in offshore wind projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, or a related field; specialized HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH) are beneficial.
Additional Requirements:
Knowledge of offshore safety regulations and environmental compliance standards.
